In this context, dragging is a very old issue. It is enough to recall the indignity to which Achilles submitted Hector's corpse in the Iliad. Well, we are not speaking of corpses, of course; nevertheless, for a living wench, the indignity of be dragged is a very perverted act and, therefore, perfectly appropriate to put a bitch in her place.
